Mindful Mondays – Hatha Yoga with Deepti Martolia
Venue: Online
The fourth Mindful Mondays yoga session was conducted by Deepti Martolia, an expert yoga teacher with 12 years of experience. She regularly conducts classes, workshops, courses and retreats to help participants journey towards self-inquiry. Deepti specialises in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal Yoga, Pranayama and Lyrical Yoga. Her classes focus on breath, flow and alignment along with the balance between control and surrender. In 2014, she conceptualised and created a unique style called Lyrical Yoga, which includes elements of yoga and dance. The Hatha Yoga session was conducted at Embassy TechVillage, Bengaluru, and streamed online. Deepti guided the participants through 45 minutes of asana practice and 15 minutes of Pranayama. This helped promote flexibility, strength and release tension in the body for the participants.
Mindful Mondays – Kundalini Yoga with Avril Quadros

The third session of #MindfulMondays was guided by the famous wellness coach and mindfulness meditation trainer, Avril Quadros. She is one of India’s leading energy and life transformation coaches, and is the founder of the wellness company, Avrils’ Qs’. She has facilitated programs for many MNCs in India and abroad and also offers personal therapy and coaching.
The Kundalini Yoga session was conducted at Embassy TechVillage, Bengaluru and streamed online. QundaliniPlus, included 24 minutes of Kundalini Kriya for metabolic overhaul, 12-minute meditation for re-calibration of the central nervous system and the brain, 6-minute energy realignment, 6-minute cognitive training and a 10-minute Q&A session.
Mindful Mondays – Vinyasa Flow with Ashima Raizada

The second Mindful Mondays yoga session was conducted by Ashima Raizada, a Bengaluru-based yoga & wellness coach, co-founder of Arthika Yoga, and consultant for Uvi Health, where she curates and executes their yoga program. Ashima has been teaching yoga to a wide range of clientele for the past three years, and her forte lies in practising lifestyle changes to reverse diseases such as PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, etc.
The yoga session was conducted at Embassy TechVillage, Bengaluru and streamed online. Ashima guided the participants through various asanas and breathing exercises that help reduce stress and anxiety, and increase strength, endurance and flexibility.
Mindful Mondays – Prana Flow with Neetu Singh

The first Mindful Mondays yoga session was conducted by Neetu Singh, an expert yoga instructor with 15 years of experience, who is also the co-founder of Total Yoga in Pune. Her work spans across Singapore, Bengaluru, California, Dubai, Derby and Auckland. Trained by the Himalayan Yoga Master Bharat Thakur, she gained mastery over the art of yoga, and was soon teaching it to some of India’s most famous entertainers, business leaders and politicians including Sachin & Sara Pilot.
The yoga session was conducted at Embassy TechVillage, Bengaluru and streamed online, during which, participants were guided through various asanas, pranayama and meditation techniques aimed at improving mental health and overall well-being.
