The Embassy Office Parks celebrated the International Yoga Day on the 21st of June 2019.

Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India. The word ‘yoga’ derives from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolizing the union of body and consciousness.

This day was chosen by Prime Minister Modi as it is the longest day in the calendar year!

An Acro Yoga Demonstration was showcased at lunch time followed by two yoga sessions in the evening. Any employee working at any of the Embassy Office Parks could participate in these sessions by signing up on embassyplus.in
