Role Overview
Job Purpose:
This role is procurement related P2P process along with project coordination and reporting. The individual is required to diligently handle all the challenges and look for solutions.
Key responsibilities:
• Verify supporting documents, terms and conditions and Preparing PR/WO
• Invoice and related document verification
• Record procurement/vendor agreements, transactions on SAP
• Coordinating with requisitioners, projects team & PMC for smooth flow of Procurement related activities
• Coordinating with Finance for BG/LC/Payments
• Maintaining cordial relationship with vendors and attending the issues within timelines
• Coordinating with PMC/Vendor/user department for Balance confirmations and reconciliations
• Timely report submissions
• Maintain documentation and efficient folder management
• Ensure value addition along with providing inputs on process improvement.
Educational Qualification & Competencies:
- Graduate with 4-6 years of experience preferably from Real Estate & Construction Company
- Experience of working in procurement process and preferably in SAP/ ERP environment
- Good communication skills
- Good eye for details
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS excel)
