Role Overview

       Responsible for end-to-end hiring process; talent sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating the interview process at all levels, facilitating offers negotiations and pre-joining process/ documentation, while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. To manage Bangalore based employee engagement, compliance activities etc and support HR operations team in on-ground implementation of initiatives from time to time

  • Develop and update Manpower Requisitions and JD, whenever necessary, while partnering with Hiring Managers
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Create competitive offers and close negotiation process in line with defined budgets
  • Understand candidate competencies & skill sets and making them understand job roles.
  • Successful closure of position along with Reference checks, BGV, Pre-employment health checks and transition of candidate to HR Ops team for joining formalities
  • Define, update and communicate recruitment metrics on a monthly basis to all stakeholders for MIS dashboards and Management presentation.
  • Vendor Management
  • Be active member for the HR digitization and ATS process for the business
  • Vendor management and implementation of various HR initiatives

Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • Post Graduation Degree in Human Resources
  • 3 – 5 years of corporate recruiting experience preferred
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Recruitment Market Understanding
  • Proactive and Collaborative Communication - verbal and written
  • Negotiation Skills with both prospective candidates and recruitment vendors
