Mr. Arvind Kathpalia

Arvind Kathpalia holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Delhi. With more than 40 years of experience in financial services, his most recent position was as the Group Head of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. Following his employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, he provided advisory services to certain entities within the Kotak group. He is also a Board Member of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited and Truhome Finance Limited. Mr. Kathpalia earlier served as a Unitholder Nominee Director on the Board of Embassy REIT’s Manager from June 04, 2024 to October 08, 2025.
