Role Overview

This role would be responsible for to manage and oversee the budgeting, Forecasting, and monitoring of CAPEX , ensuring efficient utilization of funds, adherence to financial guidelines and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver Month/quarter closure activities, Performance Reporting, Forecast and Annual CAM budget by effectively collaborating with various stakeholders across markets/businesses.
  • Deliver meaningful, accurate and timely in-depth business insights by forward-looking analysis, and translating variances in financial and non-financial KPIs for senior leadership.
  • Tracking and monitoring of CAPEX projects for various parks/assets.
  • Driving profitability - Margin governance including sustainable cost reduction initiatives.
  • Monitoring & improving internal controls and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare power point presentations for communicating business insights to senior management.
  • Preparing analyses (model building, scenario testing) to support business decisions.
  • Co-ordination with various functions like Procurement, Operations and other departments.
  • Co-ordinating with Statutory, Internal, Concurrent & Cost Audits.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders for closure of annual CAM audit reports.
  • Consolidation of MIS and various other reports at central level.

Educational Qualification & Competencies:

  • Chartered Accountant with 5 to 7 years of post-qualification working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analytics.
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint experience with reporting & analytical tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and persuade senior stakeholders.
  • Develop high quality, clear and effective communications in a short timeframe.
  • Working knowledge in Ind AS and GAAP.
  • Process focused and a good approach to problem solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent results with sharp analytical skills with huge data sets.
  • High level of self-initiative and resilience.
