Role Overview
- Responsible for preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts for all assets in Noida in coordination with various stakeholders
- Tracking and controlling of CAPEX projects of the user department
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing Budgets & Forecasts for all assets in the Noida
- Tracking and control of CAPEX projects of the user department
- Coordination of monthly closure activities
- Coordination and preparation of monthly financial reports
- Analysing financial data and providing variance analysis
- Cost analysis & evaluate cost reduction opportunities
- Monitoring & improving internal controls
- Tracking business receivables and payables
- Streamlining accounting for operations
- Coordination with various functions like Procurement, Operations and other finance teams
- Coordinating Statutory, Internal, Concurrent & Cost Audits
- Project evaluation (Buy vs lease, Repair vs Replace etc)
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Chartered Accountant with 5 to 7 years of experience
- Business Finance experience would be an added advantage
- Proven experience in finance management
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in SAP & MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Compliance oriented
