Acquisition of ETV by the Embassy REIT excluded ~19.39 acres being developed by Embassy Commercial Projects (Whitefield) Private Limited (Embassy Whitefield), an entity which is owned by certain Blackstone entities and certain third-party shareholders, which area has been leased by VTPL to Embassy Whitefield on a long-term basis. The Embassy REIT has been granted a right of first offer in respect of the controlling interest in Embassy Whitefield by the shareholders of Embassy Whitefield
